Calcium Carbonate Masterbatch (filler masterbatches) under the brand name of PolyFill would be known as the ultrafine dispersion with the guarantee of no agglomeration, ensure the whiteness, glossier and smooth surface for the articles.
This filler Masterbatch – the concentration of CaCO3 powder or Talc powder in the filler polymer base to modify vary properties of the plastic articles or the base plastic polymers.

- Our calcium carbonate masterbatch is specially formulated by compounding blended the ultrafine CaCO3 powder (or BaSO4 powder) with polyolefins in our twin –screw machine. Our twin-screw co-rotating machine imported directly from Germany take assured the excellence dispersion of pigment with exclusively usages, optimizing the performance and properties of articles.
- Calcium Carbonate Masterbatch of PolyFill is manufactured from micronized grades of calcium carbonate powder (exploited from Vietnam’s High-calcium Limestone Resources have over hundreds years old) or BaSO4 powder. CaCO3 and BaSO4 from PolyFill have the warranty of excellent melt processing performance due to the fast diluting action with polymer melt. Ultra-fine coated CaCo3 or talc filled masterbatches consists of Whole range in milky as well as natural effects.
- Thus, our filler masterbatch improves physical properties of polymers, reduces cost and has a wide range of application from injection, extrusion, blow molding, blow film, co-extrusion film and even threading yarn.
